Michael Lucas

        Michael was an early adapter of technology for education. Since
 1989 he has built 3 multimedia labs, developed a multimedia English
 curriculum for high school, was a founding member of the technology
 in-service training for the Napa Valley Unified School District, was on
 special assignment to develop the computer lab and multimedia
 curriculum for the CyberMill (a Non-profit youth computer center and
 affiliate of the Digital Clubhouse Network). 
        Michael has received numerous educational awards and recognition.
 He has been awarded the CTAP teacher recognition award for Region
 IV, awarded Outstanding Community Service Award for Napa Co. Office
 of Education, Partnership Award by the Napa County Training and
 Employment Office, Founding Member of Napa Net (local ISP), Pac Bell
 Community Enrichment Award and Nominated Napa County Teacher
 of the Year.
